The South Coast Internationals custom car show at the National Motor Museum, Beaulieu, June 17th to 19th. We'll see you there for hot rods, Yank tanks and custom cars

This looks like fun.

The South Coast Internationals custom car and hot rod show comes to the Beaulieu Motor Museum for the third time this summer.

If you like a bit of yank tank muscle car in your life, it looks like you can get a big-bhp dose of it at this coming custom car show at Beaulieu, held over the weekend of 17th – 19th June. I fancy a bit of it myself.

Whilst the chances of most carrying a suitcase of cash big enough just to pay for a tank of gas for one of these huge 'n' hungry Yank tanks, it’s always a pleasure to hear them rumble and roar though open exhaust pipes, while (hopefully!) glistening in their full show-car glory in the English summer sun.

All types of nostalgic show cars and bikes are welcome, including hot rods, customs, classic Americans, chops and bobbers, so it sounds like there’s a bit of something for everyone who digs a bit of Americana. You can put your ride on show or just take a look round at other people’s pride and joy. All with the sweet smell of fuel, franks and flowers in the air!

The National Motor Museum, Beaulieu houses a year-round collection of over 250 vehicles, telling the story of motoring on the roads of Britain from the dawn of motoring to the present day, and entry to the custom car show gets you access to all the other car- and bike-inspired exhibitions.

We’ll see you there for a bit of rock ‘n’ rolla!
